  • The next morning the lake was glassy. The closer land on the right is York, the island we anchored by. In the distance is Bear Island. 90 degrees to the left of this view is open the Lake, so we were fully exposed to the north the night before.
  • A few ripples appeared. Our destination today was Rocky Island. Winds became 3 to 5 knots for the day.
  • A short light rain appeared.

  • After coming around the north side of Bear we went around the south end of Rocky.
  • A tour boat came zooming by on its way to Devil's Island.
  • Bryce and Becca made pancakes while we were underway.
